Refund Policy

We take pride in the authenticity of our products and services here at Cosmetics Warehouse Outlet & Perfumery.

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return any unopened merchandise in absolutely new condition with its original sealed packaging within 14 days of receipt.

It must also be in the same condition in which you received it and the contents within must be completely unmodified.

To initiate the refund please follow the steps outlined in Returns and Exchanges any attempt to obtain a refund for a product must adhere to those steps and the instructions given thereafter.

Our management has been in this industry for a very long time. We know our products.

We also have hefty protocols and control systems in place for testing products that are deemed ‘subpar’ regarding quality. These systems also have the capacity to detect if the contents within a bottle have been modified and/or replaced. If we come to find that the contents were indeed not bought from us, Perfumery & Cosmetics Warehouse Outlet, we will immediately take legal proceedings.

In the circumstance that a customer has opened their fragrance, and has claimed that the fragrance did not meet expectations, we will 100% warrant the return. However, we will be sending it along to the manufacturer or to the lab for testing. If it is genuinely our mistake, we will offer you a full refund including your shipping charges.

At Perfumery & Cosmetics Warehouse Outlet, we have the right to charge a 30% restocking fee in the cases in which it applies.

Note, no matter the circumstance, all refund requests that exceed the 14-day window will not be accepted.
